32 or 64bit

So we are now ordering our new PC's and need to decide on 32 or 64 bit machines.

From what I read SW 64 seems very buggy and so I am inclined to go with 32 bit, but our VAR suggests that we should consider 64. I am sure we will run into problems however with the rest of our company running 32bit windows, and I can't see this going to 64 for a long time.

Just wondering if anyone can share their experiances. I am thinking along the lines of:
Intel Xeon 3Ghz
4GB RAM
Quadro FX4400
10000 rpm HD's
24" Widescreen LCD
