There does not appear to be an automatic way to do it. I suspect you may be able to do it by writing an API routine to change an entry in the registry. The entries in the "file" list are most likely maintained in a list (possibly a simple text format). Naturally, any change to anything in the registry can be hazardous to the operation of your system.
