I have been asked to incorporate solidworks automation into our engineering products for standard products, thus freeing up engineering to focus on new designs.  We have Solidworks 2013 and soon 2014.  We also have teamcenter here as our PDM.  Is there a way for Solidworks to automatically check components out of teamcenter during the automation process?  Basically just have the automation template files (1 drawing & 1 assembly) stored locally, and upon the user input, go retrieve the necessary parts automatically from teamcenter that are required.  Doing the automation is not a big deal, it is doing it with teamcenter I am stumped on.  Do I need Solo or Pro possibly to accomplish this?
