I want to know do solidworks flow simulation can run  the assambly with interference? in fact, I have did a compared experiment,  the simulation result seems the same, so I think the interference are ok, please see my attached ducument. the first situation with interference is the small cuboid(heat source)  insert into the Si material directly, the other situation is cut a cuboid hole in the Si material first then mate the small cuboid in it. So what's you guy's advice?

Another question, Did I need to specify the contact thermal resister value for the two contact surface or the software will consider it automaticly? sometimes, I do not know the value exactly.
