I downloaded this step file from HPC- Europe, and this is a spherical bearing, but i can´t make the mates i need, one face tangent to other face. Can someone help me ? I have solidworks 2013.
Avoid tangent mates at all costs when using solidworks. Your best option is mating the origins of each part coincident.
did you try and mate the planes of each part together??
No . I will try.
I know your pain but I have found a way to get it to cooperate. This is going to sound crazy but try moving the ball bearing close as you can to the point of tangency and then mate it. You may have to do this a couple of times before it works but it usually works. Let me know.

If you really need the tangent effect. (If you want to include the "sloppiness" of the spherical joint) In this case I would mate the origins with a distance mate. (the distance being the difference of the radii of the outer sphere minus the inner sphere)
