SW 2014 on late 2009 iMac

      Hi All,

I know there are many discussions on these forums about running SW on Mac, but none about my particular situation that I can find.

I know that this is not ideal, and I know that this is not recommended mainly due to the lack of support for Mac GPU's, however...

Here is the situation: I have a late 2009 iMac with the following specifications:

      ATI Radeon HD 4670 GPU

Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06GHz processor (64 bit system)

      16GB DDR3 1067 RAM

      1TB (7200 RPM) HDD

This is what I want to do: Run either Windows 7 or Windows 8 via Bootcamp on the iMac and then run the Standard version of SW 2014.

Let me emphasize that the parts I am generating are VERY simple and I will rarely, if ever, be creating assemblies, let alone complex ones. I am hoping that the tax on the GPU will not be significant and I can get away with this setup.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
