can't be done. find a way to describe the data with a non uniform pressure and use that.
or find out the file format from flow simulation and create your own input file
or break the face up info different faces and apply pressures manually based on your data. more faces = more time but more accuracy

I suspected as much after reading some similar posts. I have no access to SW flow simulation so no way to figure out the .fld file format structure.
Have now area-averaged pressure data in MS excel. Pain in the behind, but yields usable results.
