Im trying to unfold a sheet metal rolled section as per pictures but when i unfold the part all im left with is a segmant of the original item. To unfold i click on the unfold button in sheet metal then i select fixed edge and the edge to unfold. hers the pics

hi im using centre arc and dimensioning it then i use the base tab and extrude it. For some reason it doesnt work. Heres anther file attached where if i flatten it the large and small bend radius is totaly missing fom the flattened part. Any help would very much be appreciated.
Change the bend allowance to K-Factor, on all bends in both parts. It is currently set to Bend Allowance with an value of 6.18mm,

By definition, the bend allowance is the arc length of the bend as measured along the neutral axis of the material.
I just found out how to add attachments, in them you will find the modified parts for comparison.

The best option you could do while opting unfold command is select the first edge as the fixed face and then collect all bends and then the rolled sheet flattens as shown in the image below:-
