Welcome to the forum. Here are some of the more common ones that I've made. I didn't follow any official standards, just been working with lumber for close to 40 years and these are the dimensions for dressed lumber here locally. You can edit to suit.

Thanks for the welcome. I was thinking that is what was going to happen, having to create them myself. I appriciate the start, and will keep in contact with you if my library grows.
A first place to look would be the American Wood Council, although I expect they won't have a SW library you can import, probably just a set of dimensions to make your own profiles.
