renders wojnt tell me what this blue square means at my mouse i cant do any things eny more

help how do i solve this ????

This icon is next to my cursor I can't select a plane any more.
How do I solve this? It appaered after i did a lofted boss-base.

  That means you have Selection Filters toggled on.

  Press F6 to toggle them off. F5 will toggle the toolbar on and off.
