eDrawings Error at Initial Launch

I'm having a bit of a strange problem with eDrawings that I have been unable to find a solution for, so I thought that I'd ask here for some help.

 

When I initially start eDrawings, either by clicking on the icon in the start menu or double-clicking on a drawing file in File Explorer, I immeditately get a dialog box that says 'Error' in the middle and then has an 'OK' button to click on.  If I then click on 'OK' eDrawings launches and works as expected.  Also, I only get this error upon the initial launch of eDrawings.  Subsequent launches work normally and do not throw the error.  The error message will only reoccur if I have rebooted the computer.

 

I am running the current 64-bit version of eDrawings under Windows 7 Enterprise with SP1.  I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the application, but this does not take care of the problem.

 

I'd appreciate any thoughts or input regarding this error and how to eliminate it.
