Thanks for responding. I am no sheet metal expert and I think I should check with a fabricator to see how they do it and duplicate it in SW. I am attaching a captured video photo of what I am trying to imitate. The funnel is at the end of the chute.
SolidWorks Sheet Metal usually only does parts that can be bent on a press, not parts that require drawing (thinning) the material. So it can't duplicate the part you have shown, where you have the radius sweeping around.
How many individual sheets do you want for the assembly?
How closely must the result follow that geometry?
Can you attach that file here? (or whatever you have attempted so far)
