Looks like it's possible, if you use:
it will open the folder with projectid 50, and will highlight document 92 if it's present, or nothing if it's not. You have to give it some documentid or it doesn't work, and that documentid has to exist in the vault. You can create a dummy document for the purpose of this link or just chooe a number at random, but it has to have all 3 elements.

Thanks for your quick response..
I am not allowed to create any dummy documents in the vault, and If i give '0' or any digit that is not the ID of any object in that project(folder) I get the error like
"An error occured when trying to open SolidWorks Enterprise PDM URL.The Supplied ePDM ObjectID is not valid"
Can you suggest some other worksarounds ?

Looks like the DocumentID has to exist in the vault and not be deleted, but it doesn't have to be in that folder. When I run it with DocumentID 2 which exists in another folder it just opens the specified folder with no error:
