How do you handle PDMWorks?????? I used to here complaints about TDM but it did exactly what it was supposed to do. (OK, end of rant, sorry)

We tend to use PDMWorks simply as a storage facility, much like TDM. It is not as easy to maintain however, and it is best you evaluate fully how it will be used at it is difficult, if not impossible, to change you storage scheme, rev system as well as if you even need lifecycles, which we don't, without a hickup in system. I totally revamped our system based on current needs after I came here, , including getting rid of Lifecycles, it was a good skeleton design but not thoroughly thought through by management. I am still reaping the downside of changing the system, although it is just about finished working through a cycle and will be on track in the next month or so.
