I have a decal that was made by a marketing group for us. I have taken his pdf and made it a jpg. How can I take that jpg and make it into a decal PART then assemble that into my assembly?
Thanks

To make a decal into a part that shows up in a BOM, can be inserted into an assembly, etc.,
I've found the best way is to create a thin (0.1-0.5mm thick) part the same size & shape as the decal, apply the decal to it, and save.
Ok. I have successfully applied the jpg to the thin surface part I created. The image shows up great in the model or assembly side. I go to drawing and create some views, the image is nowhere to be seen. I can see the part in the model tree of the drw. I open the part from there and the jpg image is still of my part. I just cannot see the image on my drw. How do I get the decal part to display the image while in Drw?
Thanks
Sid
In the drawing views, you need to have shading enabled to view the decal.
