What's the new procedure for saving copies of assemblies with references

I just upgraded from 2013 to 2014 and I can no longer save an assembly with in-context references by doing a "SaveAs" giving it a new name and file path.  When I click on ADVANCED (what used to be called "references") Every part in my assembly wants to be saved to the new file path.  There is no way to save in-context parts to a new name/file path.
