I wanted to know if it is possible to install two versions on the same computer 2012 and 2014. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The only thing you have to really watch out for is your Toolbox... that is if you use it.
If you do use it, then you will have to create 2 TB folders. Because the old release cannot use the latest TB release and the New Release will not use the old one.... if you don't use TB, then don't worry about it.
I've got SW2010, SW2012, and SW2013 on mine without any problems.
The trick is convincing your IT dept to take old versions off your machine when no longer needed.
Well thats why I use the Admin image and the iamge removes the old release during install and adds the new one afterwards... no worries for us... at least while i am running the Solidworks show over here.
