Does anybody know how to achieve this with cleaner data than I wasable to. What I did was to extrude 3 surfaces. One at the top ofthe lug, one at the area where the lug meets the sole and one moreat the bottom of the lug (street surface). Then I created splitlines of desired shape on each of those surfaces respectively. Ithen lofted between each of these split lines to get the roughshape of the lug. I then came from the side and created the cutthat gives the side of the lug its shape before draft. Thenattempted to project separate curves from side and bottom (becausethe lugs also wrap around a radius)  joined them withcomposite 3D sketch and lofted surfaces between these curves tocreate the variable wrapping draft.
