Occasionally this icon attaches itself to my cursor.

What does it mean and how do I turn it on and off?

I did know the meaning a while ago, but.....

Ooops. I tried to copy the image and insert it using "insert image" camera button, but it didn't work.

I have attached the .jpg. but if that hasn't worked, then the icon is the blue funnel shaped symbol that is at the top of the Feature Manager (?) window.

And now I have another question.

How do I insert an image in the post?
