I don't know if this is a bug but when I apply a circular
pattern to this part some of the holes are not breaking through the
facets as required. Any advice would be most welcome.
issues as follows,
- your base sketch is fouled up (polygon has
unnecessaryconstraints)
- swept cut unnecessary (cut equal to thickness)
- M6 holes should be equal to thickness
- pattern should be set to equal spacing
yosemite, thanks for having a look. However, the polygon is
not a symetric one. so the pattern cannot be equispaced through 360
degrees due to clearence requirements of assoicated parts.
The only symetry is first mirrored from the dimensioned quadrant of
the base sketch and then a second mirror along the x axis.

fyi, your hole wizard is using a 3D sketch + 2D sketch, not
exactlyideal for this application. select a surface
prior toinvoking hole wizard to avoid 3D sketch
