Have you tried to contact BIMDeX for this requirement. Using their product you can export your SolidWorks to Revit and get a native Revit family/ project file. You can write a mail to sales@bim-dex.com if you are still facing this problem

I am using their product for past one year as most of my end customers are in BIM. I came to this forum and see that many are still facing this problem and doesn't know that there is a market solution available . So, I am just letting know everyone who are facing this issue about their product

Try saving the Solidworks file as ACIS (*.sat) file then Revit will be able to open it.
