I work a lot with large box section weldments with lots of unique parts and have recently started using laser cut parts, so i'm looking to maximise the benefits.
One thing that would help a lot in fabrication would be keying the joints so that the mitres are held positively. Aditionally, unique keys can be used to ensure that the frames can only be assembled in one way.
I've searched but can't find a way of doing this other than manually cutting / extruding the seperate bars, which is not really a great time saver.
It would be great if you could create a library of custom corner types as you can with weldment cross sections.
td;dr Has anyone found a way to efficiently key weldment intersections?
