I tried opening a parasolid but I receive the following error

The error repeats itself after I click OK.  The second time I click OK I get this message:

I have to hold Esc for probably ten seconds to cycle through countless identical messages.

So I searched the Solidworks help and came up with these two links:

the file is fine - it can be opened in NX or Inventor no problem.
