2014 Compare results across configurations issue

    Cory Nelsen

Hello, I'm having an issue trying to compare simulation results for different configurations of an assembly. The way I have it set up is there are 2 parts in the assembly, one of which has 2 configurations. So in the assembly, I have 2 configurations, with the difference just being which configuration that one part is using. I have 2 studies set up, one for each config., same meshing/loads/fixtures etc. and I can see the results for each one if I go to that study and click 'activate sw configuration'. However, when I try to compare the results with the compare results button, the 'all studies in all configurations' option is never available (greyed out), with 'the current study' always auto-selected. I've been looking a little in the forums/knowledge base and haven't seen anything mentioning a similar problem yet. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.
