Hi SolidWorks community,

I'm sure you've all seen this issue in the forum already, but I have yet to find a solution that works. Here's the error I'm getting after entering the serial number (supplied by my professor):

Could not connect to the SolidWorks server to determine which products you are entitled to install.

Check the Internet connection and click Retry if this is a temporary problem. Otherwise, you may continue without the connection if you have installation source files available on your computer already.

I'm stuck, unable to download the files.

Here's the setup: Trying to install SolidWorks 2013 SP4.0 (64bit) to Windows 8.1 (64bit) on a MacBook Pro (via BootCamp). Connection is through a VPN to my school. The VPN seems to have no issues at all. I've been trying over and over again all day, so it doesn't seem like a temporary server issue.

Your help is much appreciated. Thanks.
