I have i.e. 4 exploded views in the same configuration, how can I select second or third exploded view in animation wizard?
The animation wizard will take the last active exploded view. But this calls for a very much needed enhancement.
Agreed. There ought to be a drop-down menu to select the desired exploded view. Also, it seems like it will choose the first exploded view in the list, unless a different exploded view is selected and active. Is that unique to me or is there an additional "feature" that I'm missing here?

Same problem. Did you find anything out to help your problem?
I don't know if people still have this problem... I was having this problem with Solidworks 2019 version. However, I believe I found a way to get around this.
When you create an exploded view for animation, you will find that it creates a derived configuration in the Configurations Manager. If you have multiple configurations, you can use the drop down to see the exploded views on a specific configuration. Before you use the animation wizard to input one of exploded views, double left click on the specific exploded view to "open" it. You will see that the exploded view icon will be highlighted, instead of being gray. This means that it is open, and then you can use the animation wizard to add the exploded view to your animation.
I hope my explanation works for you!!!
