Showing Configuration Specific Properties in the SolidWorks BOM

Hi Everyone,

 

 

I was wondering if it was possible, and if so how, to show configuration specific custom properties in the SolidWorks BOM.  I know how to show File Custom properties, and that works fine, but how do you show configuration specific properties?  I have multiple configurations of the same component in an assembly, and each config has a different property called "Cost."  There's got to be a way to list these in the BOM to calculate the total.


Any help would be very, very appreciated!

Correct Answer

Whichever configuration is being used, any configuration specific properties will show over the custom property with the same name in the BOM.
