I got a assembly with 7 parts in it but when i insert a BOM it only shows 6 parts. Is there a way to manual instert (link) the last one ?

Is this seven distince part files, or six parts with one of them used twice? If it's seven distinct parts, then have you tried a Ctrl+Q rebuild?
Have you filled in the properties tabs in the missing part?
Make sure that part is not set to "exclude from BOM". Right click or click on the part in assembly and select component properties. In the pop up window check the option for BOM.
