Have a user that bumped the revision on checkin primary level. (a to b) The part is not released. I know as a admin I can change the revision back to A with out changing the part. (keeping the changes.) I can not remember how to do this. The other question is can I also change the secondary revision too? a001 back to A? And how do I do this?
I must have a setting in the admin off. (i'm the admin.) I don't see the roll back option. I have done this before but the settings in the vault srcewed up, and I had to reset them.

Thanks for your help Deepak. It turns out the setting was on the admin side in the vault settings tab. I had the option turned to no one, instead of admin only.
If you roll back, you will "loose" the new changes.They will stay in Rev. B. Probably should set Primary Revisions for Admin. Only. Glenn J.
If admin can permit or has permitted already then you can simply rollback to previous revision. I don't have have WPDM installed but you can ask the admin to set the option. Finally ask the user to right click on the file in WPDM and select rollback. In the drop down menu select the revision.
