When I attempt to add a new part in an open assembly the new part dialog box pops up to create a new part outside of the assembly.  It should ask me for a surface in the open assembly and then put me into a sketch once I select a surface.  It's the first time I've attempted this in 2014 sp 1.0.  I've already checked that the "do not create references external to the model" box is not checked.  I've had to create a dummy part and then insert it into the assembly and then make my in-context edits.  Are there any solutions out there to get this to work as it should?
