Hello, the problem I have with Solidwork Composer Player is that the viewers can move the text and image boxes. Does anybody know if there is a setting in Composer to prevent that?
Thank you for the help!

If I understand the question correctly, a couple solutions come to mind. I think what you're experiencing is related to the fact that every element in the composer player screen is an actor. Although the text and image boxes may be 2D visually, they have the same ability to be moved and manipulated as the 3D models do. If this is a problem I wonder if either of these options might help you;
I'm interested in what you find out, please let us know if you find a solution. Good luck.
Thanks for the reply,
I have created a manual using Solidworks Composer that has step-by-step instructions on how to perform maintenance procedures. I don't want to post this on a website yet. I just want to send the composer file via email to our customers, so they can view it on their players. The viewers can view the instructions by clicking through the pages. However when viewing the manual in the Player, the viewer can move the instruction text boxes (using text 2D tool) around freely. I want to make all these instruction text boxes and the back/previous buttons fixed when viewed in the Player, so the viewers cannot move them.
You are looking for the "Freeze" property. This will allow you to lock your text panels as well as any image panels that you may add to the scene. I typically will freeze the item once I have placed it where I want it. The panel is no longer selectable in that particular scene.
If you wish to make a change after freezing the panel, you may select it in the Collaboration tab.
This is particularly useful for logos and other commons scene items. For these common items, I'll set their properties as I like with the Freeze turned on and set all of their properties to Neutral. This will cut down on the amount of information that Composer will store in a given view or video.
