I created individual parts of tubing using the weldments. I then took these parts and put them in an assembly. When I inserted the BOM using the weldment cut list template, the length of each tube was not displayed. How or can this be fixed?

Travis, I gave that a try and it still will not populate the Length column. I have tried the weldment bom and the standard bom template, I also tried the material bom template. Still not getting the length to populate.
This is how I've set up my BOM to get the weldments to show up correctly to begin with. The highlighted part is the most important. I also start with the default BOM template.
Is this how BOM properties looks?
Also, if it's possible to send me the files you're working on, I can quickly look over it to see if I can reconize any issues.
If the length doesn't come in automaticly, I'd try the following:
Select the BOM, right click on a column, select Insert Column Left (or Right). This will add the column and bring up a selection box where you can pick the property you want it to display. From here you should be able to search through the properties until you find LENGTH. Selecting LENGTH should auto populate the column with the length of the weldments.
There may be other things you need to check on (such as BOM Type), but I'd try this first.
