I'm struggling with understanding the syntax that I need to use to write equations.

I'm trying to make the value of d2@sketch1 equal .03125 if the value of d1@sketch1 is between .01 and .02.

It's a really simple equation I just don't speak the correct language. Can anyone help me interpret?
