I designed industrial robot arm (6 dof) using solidworks premuim 2013 64bit
I am trying to simulate assembly task using AFC method (Active Force Control)

I know how to design path for robot but I need to modify this path in real time (AFC method)

can I program motion study (path planning) using MACRO or vbscript ??????

High altitude question, what do you want the output from motion to be? Do you want it to show/animate like that video just for the purpose of demonstration or do you want to learn something about the forces and motion that happens in the assembly?
The reason I ask is because I think you could build some intelligence into the motion model or add one of the mechatronics addins to help with this but I think you will be spending a lot of time to get it to work and have to imagine there are other tools for this that are better for simulation of robots.

about your reply my idea is to simulate "active force control method on solidworks"
that mean I need to modify path of robot (path planning) according to measured contact force so the outputs from motion study must be contact force (x,y,z axes) and each motor position (arm position) .
and I wounder if I could use api on this project??????
about mechatronics addins I would be very happy if you know any one you could tell me about it because my study is mechatronics department.

the mechatronics addin runs based on api so it is certainly possible
also you can control motors etc based on functions so everythign you discuss is possible
