Yes, it does have tools for creating the tooling by extracting the cavity and core(s) parts.
check out the mold tools tutuorials (under the help button -> tutorials)

If you are actually planning on getting a mold built, I would strongly suggest having a professional do the mold design. It is not a trivial task.
