I am a high school student, trying to learn SolidWorks. This program is instrumental in our competition this year in the FRC (First Robotics Competition). On of things I, my teacher, and everyone in my class is having trouble with is motion studies, especially with pistons. I have a piston modeled as an assembly in SolidWorks. Unfamiliar as I am with motion studies, I  don't know how to gfet the motion started. The piston would be set up with a one way air flow coming in from the back, and a spring in the front.

Any assistance you could provide would be appreciated, as we would like to get this model working as soon as possible.
