Hi.....

I want to uapdate my PDMWorks by select Pulldown menu Help, About PDMWorks Workgoup. But, why the update button not active ?

This is just a guess, but maybe there aren't any updates available?
You really shouldn't have to worry about it. If your vault gets updated, it'll update the clients.

  The update button shown is to update a client from the vault.
  It does not get the latest SP from the website.
