Dimensions between holes on different planes in isometric view

Hi,

I'm having show trouble getting the dimension I want to show up. Attached is an image of a simplified version of a file I'm working on.  I'm trying to show an isometric view of this part and I want to dimension between the holes in the direction parallel to the lines sloping from bottom left to top right.  How can this be done? When I click on the holes it gives me the distance normal to them (with smart dimension). If I try to draw two reference lines parallel to the part and between the centers that doesn't work. Is there a similar tool to the horizontal and vertical dimension tool that will let me measure in the parallel and perpendicular direction?

Thanks
