Nothing in PDMW " Preview Window "

HI .......

I have a problem with PDMW Preview window, the problem is there is no preview when I select a part , assy or drawing. What`s make this problem occur ?

The only was this could happen is if the bitmap image that is typically saved within the file is missing. If you take the file out of the vault (don't open in SW), see if you have a preview in the File > Open - if it's empty then the bitmap image is not saved with the file. This is the same bitmap image that Windows uses for thumbnail displays. (see image)

        I have go to sw customer portal, but I can not find PDMWorks Workgroup in the download list.

        make sure you select SolidWorks Office Professional or Premium as the solidworks product - then you will get to a page that contains the server and clients (remember the client is part of the SolidWorks Explorer install)

        Now, I use Sw 2007 Sp2.0 and pdm sp2.1
        Now the preview window work fine / appear correctly.
