Recently some of the links on the Solidworks Customer Portal home page are not working for me. We have a subscription service and I am logged in, but when I click on the "Tech Tips, Best practices and API examples" of "Download Software and updates" links, the home page just reloads.

I am running Internet Explorer 7 and have cleared out all the usual stuff - temp files, history, cookies, etc.

Some of the links work correctly. It is driving me nuts because another user in our office with his own logon can access the links without issue.

Suggestions on where to look, fix, etc?
