Shiva, are you trying to reorder your parts in the BOM?
Does your assembly file contain parts with multibodies/sub-assemblies?
For example, at times I work with assemblies having both multibody parts and sub-assemblies. And when it comes to BOM I have to reorder everything in it. I use intended BOM with flat numbering and detailed cut list checked and inorder to move parts up and down anywhere in the assembly, I have to dissolve sub-assemblies or multibody part. You get dissolve option when you right click on the assembly or multibody part symbol. Please see the attached.

But it won't working....do u followed assembly order and Sub assembly order options in ur process...
And i am also followed same process wat u said..Cut list for Bom
Shiva, I'm not really aware of that follow assembly/sub assembly order option as I do not see them when I insert my BOM, take a look at the attached screen shot. Im using sw 2013 sp3. It works really fine for me. May be you can try the same procedure with both the options, if that does'nt work, you can attach a sample file here.
