Clarification please..

1. Moment of Inertia taken at the center of mass---understand that and it straight forward

2. Taken at the c.o.m and aligned with th output coordinate system---not sure--

3. Taken at output coordinate system----is the output coordinate system the x,y and z coordinate system on the lower left hand side??
