Yes, call out the color. The MIL-8625 class 2 type III is the process used during anodizing, color is to be specified as it can be any color using the process.
Also call out the thickness of the coating.....2 mil is standard, thicker if needed when used in outdoor conditions. Remember the thickness can screw with final part size, a not that states all dimensions are final after anodizing should suffice.
