I have a part that has about a 3 sec rebuild time and is 13.2
Mb on the server. It has a part inserted into it that is used to
located several sketches/features, so there are quite a few
in-context relations.
There are about 400 taps, some of which are at an angle to the surface they are in. The drawing for it is about 10.2 Mb on the server.
All of this, I consider not very demanding to SolidWorks, however, in the drawing, whenever I do anything, it pauses for 30 sec to 3 minutes. I have turned all of the threads to draft quality, which has helped, but doesn't always show what I need to show as far as threads.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what might be causing the delays? Is it the in-context relations? Taps on a plane that enter the surface at an angle? There are also several vertical breaks, could this be part of the cause for the delays?
Thanks,
Paul
