Hello all!

I'm having an issue with the wrap feature. I'm trying to deboss text and some lines on a curved face of a solid. When I "OK" the wrap feature, solidworks drops one of the letters from the wrap.

Things I've already tried:

1) Initially, I thought this was due to the fact that it was the letter 'D' and by debossing was creating an additional body, something that seems to cause trouble for a lot of SW features. However, I the issue does not appear with letters on a flat surface in a separate part, and it debossed the letters that would create disjoint bodies, but it deleted those new bodies.

I exchanged my flat surface for a curved one, and the issue reappeared.

2) I also tried dissolving the sketch text and bridging the space between  the inside of the D and the rest of the part. I had success with this once, and go the D to demboss, however, I had to go back, delete the text, and was unable to recreate this success.

3) I've used sketch checker, I have the expected number of closed contours and no open.

Does anyone have a solution or a good work around? Thanks!
