I'm unable to open this step file in SolidWorks without a rebuild error. Looking at the model, I can see that one of the faces is missing. I am able to open this file in other solid modeling packages without errors.

Since other programs can read the file, I suspect it may be a SolidWorks bug. If there is a workaround, I would love to hear what it is.

SW does create an err file that looks like:

Error: Entity type not supported.

STEP-in did not complete successfully.

Error: Entity type not supported.

STEP-in did not complete successfully.

Surfaces successfully processed into a solid body.

STEP-in completed.Surfaces successfully processed into a solid body.

STEP-in completed.

Error: Unable to create solid from trimmed surfaces.
