I have done a search on this but did not find the answer I was looking for.
In a configuration of a part, I want to change a feature fillet without having it reflect back to the original part. Is there a way to do this without having to suppress said fillet and creating a new one?
Thats what I have found but was hoping there was an easier way.
First of all, you are not able to change the type of the fillet per config, but you can change the size.
What are you trying to change?
Does the part already have configs created?
I need a different fillet size in one of the configurations, not a different type.

After creating a new config, just double-click the fillet to show the dimension, double-click the dimension, set the This Configuration option in the Modify box, type the required size and click the green check mark.
Can't you set to be Suppressed or not Suppressed for each configuration as separate fillet features?
This is the only way I have found I can achieve this..
Will selecting the fillet dimension and RMB configure not work?
Or is this not what you are trying to do?
I second Jason's method (same as Kelvin's end result)
You may also configure thie size through the configure feature menu, and thin clicking the button I circled in red below.

The right-click method suggested by Jason is the simplest, quickest & cleanest method. I keep forgetting that's there. Old habits die hard.

I do not think there is a way to do it without suppressing the other fillet. If you changed the fillet it will do it to all the configurations.
