Default data card

Is there such a thing as a default data card?  Or must I add all the extensions to the card?  This is getting cumbersome.

Currently:

zip;xps;xml;xmct;xmcd;xltx;xlsx;xlsm;xlsb;xls;WMF;wbpj;txt;TTF;TIF;thmx;swp;sldstl;sldstd;sldrevtbt;sldmat;SLDLFP;

Thanks!
