How can I create this Lofted Flange using SolidWorks?

Hello, at work we are attempting to make a part to flange out from a tube to a flat plate as smoothly as possible.  I have not had sheetmetal training in either Inventor or Solidworks but was able to get the hang of it quite quickly, although I'm afraid there are a few key features I don't know about.  While using Inventor, I was able to create the following part quite easily. I could change the diameter of the tube using one sketch, and the loft would change appropriately using equal bend radii and constant bend angle.  Now that we are using Solidworks, however, I am unable to create the same part with such ease.

Using solidworks, the closest I can get is to use a Lofted-Bend, but here the bend angle changes as you go from the front of the part (no bend) to the back of the part (fully bent).
I can try instead to change the point locatons of the flat side, but it will not let the bends converge to a single point like they do in Inventor:
