How does one go about copying a sketch (or rather, part of a sketch) with all relations and dimensions (or at least select dimensions)?  After I copy it, I would then like to modify some of the dimensions, so doing a block will not work.  Sorry for such a basic question, but I have yet to fully get a handle on this one.
